On October 31, 2025, in the Storm Center at Chemeketa, the volleyball teams of Clark and Chemeketa engaged in an intense and thrilling match that left spectators on the edge of their seats. Chemeketa emerged victorious in a five-set showdown, with the final scores of 13-25, 25-14, 25-17, 21-25, and 16-14.
The match started with Clark taking the first set convincingly at 25-13, showcasing their offensive capabilities with a .308 attack percentage. However, Chemeketa retaliated powerfully in the second set by capitalizing on Clark's errors and securing a commanding 25-14 win with a high .414 attack percentage. The momentum remained with Chemeketa as they edged out Clark in the third set 25-17, showing a steady performance with a .216 hitting percentage.
Clark did not back down and fought fiercely to take the fourth set 25-21, setting the stage for a nail-biting final set. The decisive fifth set was a testament to the resilience and determination of both teams.
